This home is one of two on the block with this one being the smaller home and situated at the back. Although street front homes tend to find more buyer appeal, some people will value the private position for the feeling of security although the long driveway will not make it quick or easy to reverse out each morning; until the new buyer gets used to it that is.
The floorplan and feel of this home have been well planned and have resulted in a good flow, good proportions and a good feel. Nothing much to fault here.
