Streets have character as they bend around each other in the Windsor Park Estate. 20 Albert Crescent technically sits north east/south west however with the way the property sits the side yard faces west and north and hence the orientation is actually not bad for sunlight. Internally, rooms are a good size, front to back flow is easy; in terms of space, a family can pretty much move straight in though there is also plenty of opportunity to add value. Bathrooms are plentiful though currently on the smaller side. Bedrooms are a good size yet lacking in robes.

The block is a very good size, while the home does sit in the back corner, as mentioned the yard is to the side. The garage is quite separate from the house, yet a great double garage for a period home as the wide block has easily accommodated the standalone building. Elevated with a handsome façade and in a good precinct the property could support a very good renovation. It's a 10-plus years option with Surrey Hills station and Union Road shops a convenient enough distance.
