A classic tree-lined street with a classic facade to match - this home will make people turn their head when they drive by. Buyers looking for a great facade should be interested here and its proximity to Kew East Primary School should also appeal to families with kids of that age who want to try to avoid school runs.

However, internally the floor plan will not work for everyone and it feels a little awkward  - the rooms are just not in the expected places.  While the flow of the home is not ideal by modern standards, it does present some positive options with the rear of the home being basically a separate wing. With a decent sized bedroom, ensuite and living area this will appeal to parents and teens alike who will love the separation and privacy it affords. The main upstairs is also positioned away from the other bedrooms giving parents the option of living upstairs or downstairs.
