Comments on 21 Hoddle Street ELSTERNWICK

Ripper of a home. The solid structure, high ceilings, grand entrance hall give a timeless character. Good size master bedroom and ensuite. The floorplan worked well, although with one bathroom at the back could become a bit crowded for a growing family. Car spaces are not under cover but you could build one if you wished (STCA). A good architect could help you extend the back section of the house if you require more room for entertaining. Angelos Stefanis (Biggin & Scott) advised the estimated price was $1.5 million, so if your looking to buy this beautiful Edwardian prepare yourself for a contest. If I was in the market I would think seriously about buying this.
