Professional couples as well as those seeking a city base in between frequent travel or if they have a family property in the country will look at this one. Younger people already living in the area will want to upgrade to this one as it offers good accommodation as well as car parking.

This facade is emotive. It will underpin demand and the easy car access will help protect its growth potential. However the newly upgraded interior is just adequate in comparison. The finishes are average although the functionality of the floorplan is good.
