Comments on 22 Margarita ABBOTSFORD

A property with much appeal, classic beauty and a great blend of old and new.  Suitable for families with both younger or older children - or both.  Position is hard to beat.  A short walk to Hampton Street and the Beach, the station and some of Bayside's finest schools.  Three living areas, provides plenty of separation if required.  The main kitchen/family room has great views of the back yard and pool.  Main issue I see is there's only undercover parking for one, and if you want the other off the street it's tandem parking.  This can become annoying if needing to go in and out often and at different times.  Very common if needing to drive older children around!  However, this is an old home, and garaging for two was not a priority when originally built.   This quality home is sure to tug at the heartstrings of many families and competition could be strong.
