The floorplan here is not perfect, but it offers good bedroom accommodation in generally the right areas and two living areas plus a great family location. There is good undercover parking for two, however, it's position in front of the house detracts from the facade which is a shame as the property sits up proud on the street. The entrance is also weak - accessed via the carport and the laundry is part of the second bathroom which may concern those with larger families and lots of washing. Being single storey, the house takes up a fair bit of the land and the back yard is limited to a paved area and large pool. Ideal for teenagers, but families with younger children may miss a grassed area. The property is really about position. Close to primary schools, easy access to some of Melbourne's best private schools, the tram and local shops at the end of the street as well as walking distance to Darling station. "
