A location close to schools and parkland, and a short walk to Alemein Station are pluses that should appeal to family buyers looking to move into the area.
There is enough accommodation here for most families, and the upper retreat is a real plus as a play area if needed, however, the master is missing an ensuite, which parents may find inconvenient. (may miss the lack of an ensuite upstairs.) The floorplan downstairs is dominated by the large open family area, which is actually a really good space, and overlooks the rear yard and pool, ideal for monitoring children. Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn't have the same view of the rear and it feels as though it has been wedged into the available space between the staircase and the laundry.
The side bedrooms downstairs also feel displaced to a degree, and while the overall floorplan downstairs is perfectly liveable it is also unconventional and may not be to everybody's taste. A refresh inside may go a long way to putting some extra shine on this home as well, although it is not essential. Another aspect buyers may consider is the lack of a garage or carport, however, there is ample on-site parking to allow for comfortable access in and out of the home if covered carparking is not required.
With a location that would suit younger families, if buyers can make the floorplan work for them I feel that this home will be a comfortable proposition for a family to grow into.
