Everything about this home should be Triple AAA - its location, its façade and ......
Being south facing rear - it is only single level and therefore light issues are fixable - its internals should be great.
But I can't get excited about it - first and foremost the builders must have been members of the anti-bathroom fraternity - they are completely disappointing in terms of ensuite, number and location.
The home itself if big and the living spaces are big - but at this price level they are not classy.
The garaging is also a little disappointing, but you would get over it as a single issue.
So would I buy this?
Yes - if I wanted single level and the price was right.
No - if the price was too high and I wanted double storey.
The location and land and period features are too strong to walk away from BUT I would need to budget for some fixes involving bathrooms and rear living / kitchen and hopefully the smart architect I would hire, would develop and execute a plan that brings the rear internals into line with the expectations created, as you walk to the front door.
So its finished for some, but for me it's not - but it could be.
