This Inform home has a great family floor plan with multiple living areas internally as well as externally. The kitchen family room overlooks both the pool and outdoor dining areas. All the bedrooms are upstairs with good separation between the main and others. It is lacking a downstairs bedroom bathroom combination would further improve the property. The children's rooms are small, however, with the upstairs living area this may not be a concern. There is a powder room downstairs. Access is via the formal lounge or laundry, so when entertaining some may feel the need to always have the washing to date. The rear garden is south facing and the light from the downstairs western windows is filtered due to roofing over the entertaining areas.
