An above average flowing home with good bedroom separation and multiple living areas. Rear garden while not huge works well bringing the north light in. Internally fixtures and fittings are of good quality. Overall I think this home has some WOW at the right price. It struggled last time to sell but the previous vendors expectations were bullish and the location meaning the street which is a cut thru and has a bus stop opposite prevent most buyers from getting carried away on price. At the right price (lower than last time) this should have some strong interest as its actually quite a good home.
