Comments on 28 Bellavista Road GLEN IRIS

Overall this is a good family package. Three living areas, four bedrooms and good bedroom separation. Flow to the back kitchen/living area and position of stairs is awkward, however, there may be potential to improve this down the track. The house is positioned well on the block and allows room for a decent back yard. Garaging for two, though tandem and a convenient family location - walking distance to the park, shops and station.
