Comments on 28 Normanby Street BRIGHTON

This could only be better if it was on the other side of the street and then it actually wouldn’t have the rear access – so it’s hard to see it being better.

28 Normanby is central to everything that is Brighton – schools, beach, cinema, train, Church St – what it is not close to?

Is it Brighton’s Premier Street – inside and outside the Golden Mile – we think it’s hard to argue against that although we accept some may try.

To the home – beautiful wide frontage with an understated ¾ size façade – a classic.

The home from there is completely renovated throughout to a very, very high standard.

It’s hard to argue on flow, proportions and floorplan and whilst south facing rear there is plenty of light plus extras like additional front and rear garages and what a pool!

This home would suit families and couples of all ages. A couple could zone off upstairs for guests and family visits only and a bigger family could easily use and live in – in harmony in the whole home.

This is a street that will hold its value for a long time to come.

A rare and completed and hard to find classic in any era, in any market and sure to have multiple interest from buyers.
