Comments on 285 Richardson Street MIDDLE PARK

This is a good small home with a great street address.  Easy access to the city, beach, local shops and sporting grounds.  Only one bathroom may not be for everyone, and the European laundry within it is quite tight.  The open plan kitchen/family room, however, works well and opens to a paved outdoor area.  This could double as off street parking for one from the ROW at the rear, however, at the moment has not been set up this way.   The single level home makes it a good option for downsizers as well as younger couples.
