Comments on 29 Arkaringa Crescent BLACK ROCK

This property on north-facing land in the Golden Triangle provides a blank canvas opportunity for buyers to build their new home in a great family location. Both properties on the east and west have been improved, with no privacy issues, and the property on the northern boundary is a single-storey, 70s-style home, which may yet be improved in the future. The current home offers temporary living for buyers in the short term. It includes some modern conveniences as electric solar panels, as well as an existing pool that is old but well-placed. One downside is the distance from a train station, which means the property may not appeal to buyers who require regular train for transport. The most recent sale was 46 Bayview Crescent in March this year for $945,000 - smaller land (659sqm), south facing rear and outside the triangle though.
