Positioned down the Elsternwick end of Saturn Street and surrounded by homes of a similar vintage and standard, this is a good family home that is attracting attention from both Caulfield and Elsternwick buyers. The home has retained many of the original period features at the front and presents well from the street.  South-facing rears can often impact on light into the rear living rooms of homes. However, in this case, good placement and very large windows have overcome this obstacle well. The kitchen and bathrooms, whilst not state-of-the-art, have been renovated to a reasonable level, and most buyers would be comfortable to just move in.  The main bedroom position toward the back of the home is slightly unorthodox, and whilst providing fantastic views over the pool and back yard, it may concern those who need or love to sleep in, given its proximity to the kitchen/family room. The three other bedrooms are at the front of the house; two are well sized with built in robes, the third is smaller, perhaps more suited to a study or spare room, but has good walk-in robing. With the property sloping away from the street, internal stairs in the hall lead down to the kitchen family room which may concern buyers with very young children or those with mobility issues.  The  kitchen includes a good walk-in pantry and overlooks both the dining and living areas and the pool and garden, with floor-to-ceiling windows which bring the outside in.  This home really does provide some WOW and, with nothing to do but move in, the property has potential to captivate many families at a variety of life stages and is of a style, quality and price point that will tempt buyers who may be finding themselves priced out of surrounding suburbs.
