Comments on 2a Marion Street BRIGHTON

100 metres from Bay Street and North Brighton station are the real pluses position wise however on Durrant st which carries some trafffic and next door but one to the railway tracks are considered by some as negatives. So position is a mixed bag. The home itself has some appeal from the street. The stairway from upstairs is at the entrance. Internal entrance from garage which is a double and borderline on size. Kitchen and living areas are bright and flow to a smaller northerly courtyard. Upstairs ceiling heights are ok, the 3 bedroom sizes are ok without being big and the ensuite and 2nd bathroom are of good quality. Hydronic heating and cooling thoughout. Good storage. Downstairs or the basement is a plus, although has a cavernous feel due to no natural light sources - entertainment, wine storage and general storage. Can still hear the traffic inside. Overall a mixed offering but one you should not complete dismiss at the right price. The train went past while I was inside - to my ears no issue - minor.
