3 Edward St Northcote is hard not to like except no parking.
 
Location is brilliant to City, train, shops, park, river, freeway and more. Street carries minimal traffic.
 
Block size is good and a “biggish” backyard. Like it.
 
Home works for me – and rear living is on the correct side of the east west block to bring in the northerly light
 
One bathroom – ok – but is well located and can service master, children and guests.
 
Home has a good feeling about it with good proportions and flow.
 
The issue is parking – can you live with no parking?
 
If yes, then this is a good home and the auction on Saturday will show you just how many people want it.
