A fairly typical offering for Caulfield in terms of look. The area is "good" South Caulfield- although public transport is not as good as other areas. Overlooking is an issue, as in the dominant to the north neighbor (due to the slope). Internally it works and flows well with good separation of sleeping and living and study areas. Garage is good and back yard size works well and can be improved with a pergola and some sensible plantings. The home has a good feel.
