I would have liked to see a bedroom/bathroom combination downstairs, however, there is still reasonable separation upstairs. The lap pool cleverly cuts back into the house, providing an excellent backdrop to the family dining area and good viewing from the kitchen. I found it feels enclosed in areas, as the home has tried to maximise space by using as much of the width of the block as possible, and the properties either side and to the rear are large and imposing.
