The condition is average but the floorplan is good, the location is sensational and the rear car access is a huge positive for these types of homes.

There are three factors which in combination and at these prices are not easy to find and which make this a property to go after:

• In combination with the bathroom position mean no structural expensive renovations are needed and
• The car access is not ideal but above average for this size home.
