With Royal Melbourne Golf Course only a wedge away, this is a great location, central to everything, including the three shopping strips, the beach and many schools.

I have rated the property as land only.  Whilst the house is liveable and rentable, I don't see value in updating it in its current form and believe the property would be better suited to new home site.
