Comments on 30 Barrington Avenue KEW

A very interesting property, well worth a look. This house has a great feel and is well orientated to capture natural light. Main concerns from a buyer's perspective would be the low ceilings and everything is a bit small (ie bedrooms) and tight (ie hallway). The street is good one - leafy and quiet, close to Victoria Park. This would best suit a young couple/family.

Simone Clarke's Comments on 30 Barrington Avenue KEW

For me personally I love these 1960's classics and this is one of the best - yes the room sizes maybe a little small as this home is from a bygone era, but it has flow and feel and character - this will go very strongly even in this market if the price is right. Great location with a very emotional home on it - the people that love and buy these homes are a bit like star trek followers and this one is a version of the holy grail.
