Comments on 30a Peate Avenue GLEN IRIS

This one of a pair of late deco period homes will appeal to manybuyers,as it offers good accommodation for this price point. The current accommodation with two bedrooms is reasonable and, as the agent suggests, the lounge room may also serve as another bedroom if required. To my way of thinking, it would be good to replicate what the attached property on the north side is in the process of completing. Although it's impossible to know exactly what they have done inside, from the outside, it appears that another room has been added to the rear. This is smart thinking, as this now becomes a small family home with improved accommodation. As the population continues to grow and purchasers continue to favour inner city living, pressure will grow on supply, meaning families will have to start considering this style of property, if they want to get into the area. This property does fall away considerably at the rear and there is no real inside/outside connection, although a large deck would help offset this.Position is excellent to all the schools and amenities and the street is an appealing one.
