Comments on 31 McHenry Street ST KILDA EAST

Good block of land in a cul de sac - close to all things many want in this part of St Kilda East. Rippon Lea shops are coming along nicely and Carlisle street shops which are already well established are walkable.

The block size and frontage are its strengths with the orientation being its weakness. The home itself feels good from the street, from the entrance and even walking around. However good architectural advice is required to see what could be done easily and in my opinion it mostLu would suggest cutting back to the shell except the front room, keeping the courtyard and expanding the size of the living rooms and bedrooms

This home is about emotion but it also does have some (not all) good bones.
