Good options for a good north-facing block in Camberwell's Sunnyside Estate (a good pocket of Camberwell - leafy streets, generous block sizes, close to the M1 and Camberwell Junction). North facing rear and hill position the major pluses - property next door is a little quirky and does detract a little. Worth some thought - rated as Land Only here.
