Comments on 31 Severn Street BALWYN NORTH

This is a new compact townhouse located on a corner block located within easy access to shops and transport which is quite rare for  this suburb/Balwyn North. The floor plan is flexible with all the rooms in the right position. Downstairs, this home offers two separate living areas with one of them opening up on a small court yard. The kitchen and meals area benefit from the northern light exposure and are open up on another courtyard, full of light and quite private. The kitchen offers good quality finishes and fixtures although some may find it a bit small for a property offering bedroom accommodation for a large family. The bedroom downstairs  with ensuite may be ideal for visitors or elderly people, but it will be difficult to consider it as a main considering it does not have a walk-in robe or  storage. The upstairs area offers good accommodation with three good size bedrooms and high ceilings throughout.

This lock and leave property may suits downsizers as well as a family looking for a low maintenance property . This townhouse may also suit families with younger children as the proximity of Myrtle Park will probably outweigh the lack of outdoor space.
