Comments on 33 Connell Street HAWTHORN

33 Connell Street has all the accommodation many expect to see today – 3 bed, 2 bath, multiple living areas however it is not your convention floorplan - Bedroom configuration/position, bathroom position and laundry position are all a concern and will need consideration – Connell was purpose built for the current owner and will not suit many demographics. This home really only works for 2 types of buyers, professional singles/couples or family with older/teenage children.

Once you work through the concerns, there is a lot to like here.
- North facing rear
- 420sqm
- Multiple living areas
- Natural light galore
- Off street carparking; garage
- Backs on to Smart St reserve
- Walking distance to all amenities; shops, cafes, parks and train.

The home has been pitched at $2,300,000 - $2,500,000. In the current market we have seen some recent results which show that high $2m isn’t out of the question 67 Mason Street Hawthorn $2,830,000 (sold with the same agent) and 105 Denham Street Hawthorn $2,880,000. The question is where will it stop after that? With the right competition, there could very well be a 3 in front.
