
All credit to the owners here - they have made a very good transformation to this original maisonette property and I quite enjoyed walking through it. Externally from the street, it is tasteful and impressive. And internally, the feel is warm and inviting. The combination of good-sized bedrooms, living areas, and utility areas works well. Ideally this would best suit an older family (the ideal demographic of the area), mainly because the backyard area is not huge. Dual garaging is a point of difference, and I thought this worked well for his and her cars. Privacy from other adjoining properties is a concern, however this does not really affect the pool. The internal floor levels and steps also break the flow a tad, yet this is not deal breaker either. All in all, this is a good house which should attract reasonable interest in this current market.
