Comments on 34 Stafford Street NORTHCOTE

34 Stafford is about position and feel. The location as far as inner north eastern homes is hard to beat with regards to rail, shops and Alfios just around the corner in Station St Fairfield. The street itself it quiet and treelined with the only neighbour issue being the blocks of flats to the rear. 34 Stafford has good street appeal is on an OK but not large landsize and flows nicely from front to back with a homey rear living area and good yard access. This is a home that will surely have strong competition up to a point.
