Great street - great precinct - great location - please tell me a fault on location - there isn't one and it's a Heritage area (no high-density Yay)!
The other P price - even in this market the quote feels there or thereabouts - the market is weaker, but not in my opinion for these types of entry-level homes in great neighbourhoods - families stretch themselves for these things when the offering is this good - so expect competition.
And what actually is the offering - a beautiful mid-sized to ¾ period home in a sensational spot with a disaster of a reno. Yard and parking work for me and you can after some mental dexterity work out a way to get in and out of the rear easily, in a both-ways forward direction.
