Property

From the street the home looks a little plain – it sits down

There’s many levels as it has a significant slope – but it’s been well handled although it’s a mitigation, not an elimination

Inside it has a real feeling of space. However, looking from the rear back through home it does feel a little regimented and pokey - just a tad - the hallway to the south is not great

There’s a Master bedroom both  upstairs and downstairs

The rear living area really works for me

The home is big and whilst not an architectural classic, it is well built on first glance and has some class

Position

It’s on a street which does carry some traffic and it is on the lower side. There are some significant homes on good blocks here and there’s good access to Camberwell junction, freeway and tram

The T intersection is a no for feng shui buyers of which most for this area are Chinese buyers and they would have been a significant market segment of interest in previous few years

Price

Whilst it is big on land and big on home, in this market. in this position it is big on price - meaning not a lot of homes in this immediate area go for the seller's desired price irrespective of the characteristics and quite possibly the key segment OS Asian buyers would have limited interest.

This is worth a look IF the area is acceptable to you.
