
Very well updated original brick Victorian home, which has a thoughtful design intent and great internal feel. The rear open plan living area (with tucked away library and great connection to the garden) and city views from the second level were highlights for me. Possible concerns from a buyer's perspective could be off-street car access (possible yet very tight), bedroom location (although these were a great size, either one room could be lacking downstairs or upstairs) and the location itself - Wattle Road does carry some trough traffic and it does have an eclectic mix of building types. That all said this is one of those properties that makes you feel good after visiting it, and for the lucky buyer it should be an enjoyable home to live in.
