The home is on a t-intersection so you will need to be mindful when reversing in and out of the driveway – in particular at school times.
Positives – floorplan – room sizes, location is in the middle of things, flow, garaging, and yard (not overly big) with lower maintenance (pending a pest and building inspection) all mean this home is basic and works.
I really like the community feel (it has a good reputation) in and around Landcox Park and for young children it’s a walk to school, parks and coffee (for parents).
The home is basic but it all works and at the price it works a little bit better.
