Comments on 4 Berkeley Court KEW

Solid Georgian home that offers good lifestyle options for an older or growing family. Main pluses - city views, western rear orientation (ideal for capturing afternoon light into backyard and informal living areas) and cul-de-sac address. While the floor plan does pack in a good amount of accommodation and works OK as an overall package, some may find the flow/room sizes lacking in places and internal décor and finishes/fixtures a little dated (which could all changed of course, if need be). Getting in and out of the street could be tricky at times (due to Studley Park Road traffic), yet the position is not bad here - close to Richmond, Hawthorn and Abbotsford and Kew Junction.
