Many pluses to this property  - good location, north facing private backyard, a pretty facade and a sensible floor plan with good bedroom separation.

Upstairs is not ideal with low ceilings and smaller rooms - yet this could be changed in time - and the kitchen/family room may feel a bit tight for larger families. 

Garage is perhaps a little tight for a family car yet there is excellent space for the second car, kids and guests cars off street at the front of the property with the semi circle driveway.

Overall, a family home for smaller families or for couples with kids approaching adolescence or with boomerang kids.

This property is in a coveted family location (close to Glenferrie Road and Auburn Village) which is generally more affordable than Scotch Hill and Grace Park.
