A solid original semi-attached brick Edwardian, which has very good bones and is ripe for renovation. Plenty of pluses here - north facing rear orientation, prized car access at the front the property, and the property in which this is attached to has been renovated and extended to the rear, giving good precedent as to what could be achieved. Position is very good also and always proves popular with buyers - walking distance to Camberwell Junction, train station etc. A low-ish rating score here yet this is not a bad property. If renovated well (and the buyer would need to get formula right, could easily over-bake or under-bake this) then this could easily turn into a 700's property.
