Comments on 43 Chaucer Crescent CANTERBURY

For those looking to renovate and buy a family home in this area, you could do a lot worse than 43 Chaucer. Its fundamentals are very good - a north facing rear, a house sitting up nicely from the street,  and a generous land size. The X-factor here is the bones of the original house - brick is far superior to timber in many people's minds, especially in this part of the world. the church over the back fence is perhaps the biggest question mark, however this should still do quite well come auction day.
