A lovely big house in a convenient Ivanhoe East location - close to local shopping strip and parkland areas. This house offers good lifestyle options and will be a home to enjoy for a larger family. Concerns for some would be the south facing rear aspect - pool is significantly overshadowed and direct natural sunlight/ warmth is comprimised into rear living spaces of house.
