The floorplan has good separation between zones, giving parents privacy at the front of the home with the main bedroom, while children or guests can occupy the three secondary bedrooms and retreat in their own dedicated wing. This balance makes it functional for families at different life stages, from young children through to teenagers.

The double garage with internal access is a practical inclusion, though it is worth noting the steps leading into the house. For some buyers this could raise questions around long-term accessibility, particularly for downsizers, older relatives, or families managing prams. The block itself is generous at over 800sqm, but the rear yard feels small in proportion to the land size, which may be a consideration for those seeking expansive outdoor space.
