On first impression, this house seemed to be part of a duplex, but after close inspectrion (and a quick walk-through) all made sense, this was quite a good renovation. A north facing rear with tranquil deck and pool areas were set up beautifully for entertaining, while the very private wine cellar was a nice surprise and set up for the serious wine taster.  Hallways, stairs and some rooms seemed a little narrow, but overall a very good house indeed in a highly sought after location.
