This period home in a good Malvern street has been very well renovated - apart from not including an ensuite bathroom. But there are plans to add one on - and it would not interupt the flow of the house to any great extent. Alternatively, if all the bedrooms were not needed you could convert the adjacent bedroom into a spacious bathroom and dressing room.The rest of the house is very good. The hallway is striking and leads to a north facing family/dining area with plenty of light and access to an outdoor dining space. The three bedrooms are a good size and an extra bedroom could be added if the front sitting room was converted - at the moment the sitting room is a bit isolated from the entertaining areas and it may work better as a bedroom. In summary a very good package which will appeal to a wide spectrum of buyers.
