Could be a major renovation - or it could be a bulldozer job. Tivoli is not a great street - it carries a fair bit of traffic and the man made traffic diversion certainly frighten truck drivers from the area, although 4 wheel drivers have never been intimidated from such minor barriers.

The house is small and it hard to imagine how it could be renovated without major additions - in which case it mey be better to start from the ground up. Overlooking apartment blocks need careful consideration but the street puts you in a very convenient spot and you have about 460 square metres to play with.
