Our Rating from 2013:

The Windsor pocket has been running hot in recent times as professional couples and young families snap up homes in the area. This double-fronter should be no different come auction day. For a pocket that has quite a few terraces it’s on a decent-sized block. While there is no carport, there is off-street parking at the side and a patch of grass at the rear. The bedrooms are a serviceable size for a couple of young ones, although the master bedroom lacks an ensuite. The light at the back is okay despite the unfavourable orientation, and the living room with its pitched ceiling gives a touch of lightness, aided by enough glass to make the most of the site. Some may choose to use more of the space for dining than living, but there’s enough room here to go either way. Owning this package would be like having a small suburban family home without losing your inner-city credibility.
