56 View Street is an entry level home with a floorplan that works for those with young children, as well as those with teenage/uni aged children; multiple living areas and good bedroom separation.

The home is in need of a little bit of work and that work is cosmetic. For those who are wanting to do a significant renovation, you need to be careful. This façade is plain and will not be strong enough to support a WOW renovation.

The main concern here for buyers will be land size and the pool. The land size is just average at 580sqm approx. The pool dominates the backyard and is quite literally at the backdoor; this creates issues in terms of fencing and functionality. The answer to this for many will be to fill the pool in.

This house is really about the position, good street and good location,  walking distance to the train, Whitehorse Rd Tram, good access to schools and Box Hill amenities also.
