Families seeking a larger period styled home with renovation already complete, have suddenly found themselves with two almost identical homes to choose from, with the auction at nearby 26 Phillip Street scheduled one week prior to this one. 

With the property ready to move into, it may appeal to a broad range of buyers who see an opportunity to buy with the work already done, taking advantage of the savings in time, stress and uncertainty around additional costs that come with buying an older home that needs replacing or renovating. 

With four to five bedrooms, 58 Mitchell Street offers flexibility for a family with children from pre-school through teenage years and beyond.  The bedroom accommodation takes into account the flexibility necessary for children as they grow from infants to teenagers, with a room downstairs near the master and two upstairs, as well as a cinema room/retreat upstairs which is likely to keep kids (and adults) happy.
