Given 9 Bayview sold prior to Christmas for a little over $2300 p/sqm, and the current asking price, I have rated the property as land only.  Perhaps the street isn't as grand as Bayview, but it's still 729 sqm of north rear facing land, approximately 100 metres from the beach!

A far more liveable proposition than Bayview and will provide an opportunity to live in it/rent it out whilst planning the dream home.

An important sale to determine whether a new bench mark has been set regarding land prices in the golden triangle, or whether 9 Bayview was an anomoly in the market.
