It rated well within our points system but it didn't really grab me - I think it's trying too hard - it's saying look at me at every turn and I think I would tire of living in it.

Everywhere I turned, I thought tone it down boys and girls.

Having said that, you are not me and if you are looking for an unusual 1960's inspired, architectural statement home, then this may be for you.

The quality is high and the offering is rare and special - it just won't be to everyone's taste - in fact it will only match a select few.

The house has everything including a view room, pool, voids, interesting and light spaces - not a big wrap for secondary bathroom placements - but no deal breaker there.

Cabinetry is something you notice.

It's busy - the finishes are all very different from each other - there are angles and lots of them - I reckon the buyer will look at this 3 maybe 4 times before deciding or buy on photos sight unseen from OS.

No question on the position - I can't remember the last sale in this court and if you look at your neighbours, you are in good company - these are substantial homes. This location is so underrated with regards to freeways, CBD, schools and green wedge - it's one of Melbourne's Best - yet most don't even think to look here.

And so to the deal - when I was there they had the big guns out - Patterson and Savas - so it won't be a walk in the park for whoever makes a move, unless you're surrendering.

Not a home for meditators after the simple things in life, more a home for moguls with all things buzzing at every turn.
