Pretty, updated period home which really is all about the bedrooms. There are good number of them here, and they are well separated, so for larger family this element will appeal. Two at the rear are a bit small, and they do limit the floor plan flow to the backyard which is not ideal. Kitchen cannot easily Location is leafy and this part of the precinct is flat yet road noise from the M1 nearby will be the main point of contention with buyers.
