On two separate titles, this is not your run-of-the-mill two-storey Victorian terrace. Internally the property has undergone a complete transformation and offers a unique and flexible floorplan. The open space of the living/kitchen areas has an impressive warehouse feel, despite the lack of light. The north facing patio offers some usable outdoor entertaining area. The fact that the property is on two titles offers a number of options: 1) on-selling the ground floor 2) setting it up as a home office 3) incorporating it back into the main body of the home 4) renting it out (STCA) as an office 5) renting it out as an inner city pad or 6) using it as accommodation for a grandparent or long-term house guest. A family with teenagers would probably want to retain the ground floor, as the bedroom accommodation on the third floor is limited. The house is located only minutes to the heart of the CBD, Lygon Street and the Royal Exhibition Building precinct. One concern is that there is only one off-street car park.
